Food and drink
At NOFO Wine bar we offer you our soul. Every glass of wine, every locally produced beer and every dish has been selected with heart and careful thought.
Our menu is dynamic and uncomplicated with dishes that are made to share.
Scallop & Nori seaweed served in a seabuckthorn-habanero sauce, Jerusalem
artichoke, Lamb tartar and Pulled duck with mole, just to name a few dishes.
The focus of our wine list is small-scale producers of natural wine, without major
pretensions. In close cooperation with our suppliers, we offer gems
that cannot be found elsewhere.
The openness sets the tone.
This is where you can feel truly easy-going. Discuss grapes, hops, or world events with the bartender. Lift your glass and say cheers to someone who might become your friend, or more than a friend. This is what it's like on Söder: open-hearted, social and loving.
Our ambition with the wine bar is to be as organic and bio-dynamic is we can possibly be.
We constantly improve and extend our supply with the very best hand-picked wines and local beers. And of course there are also plenty of cocktails and
non-alcoholic alternatives to choose from.
During the warmer months of the year, you can relax in our outdoor patio at the
inner courtyard of the hotel.
